Short Course: Radical Honesty

This short course explores how avoidance, inconsistency, and the small untruths we often tell to prevent conflict can gradually erode trust within relationships. Looking at both the emotional roots of these patterns and their impact on connection, the course offers space for reflection around honesty, accountability, communication, and relational safety.

Through psychoeducation and reflective exercises, participants are supported to better understand their own communication patterns, the effects of breaches of trust, and how to move towards more open, grounded, and consistent ways of relating to others.
