Our Session Structure
My therapeutic health & fitness coaching follows a structured, bi-weekly rhythm designed to give you deep psychological insight alongside practical, manageable accountability.
Week One: The Deep-Dive Therapy Session (50 Minutes)
Our first, longer session happens on week one. Here, we explore your current health, weight loss, or fitness goals and look at the practical steps we need to put in place to help you reach them. Crucially, we also explore the root of the psychological issues keeping you from reaching your goals—such as self-sabotage, emotional eating, or low confidence. These sessions look and feel more like a typical therapy session, giving you the time and space to safely unpack deep-seated behavioral blocks.Week Two: The Accountability Check-In (20 Minutes)
On week two, we have a shorter, focused check-in session to monitor your progress, review your milestones, and keep you accountable to the plan we built. This fast-paced session is used to celebrate your wins, troubleshoot any immediate lifestyle friction or motivation slips, and make quick, practical adjustments to your routine for the week ahead.
Maintenance
For those who are consistently on track to reach their goals and feel confident in their baseline habits, I offer a maintenance service. In these standalone, 30-minute sessions, we discuss your ongoing progress, address any minor barriers or concerns, and fine-tune your health and fitness journey to ensure your long-term success.
